PROGRAMS
We support children and their families in the US and 17 countries across Africa, Latin America, Asia, and Eastern Europe who are at risk due to illness, food insecurity, poverty, war, or natural disasters. WER offers practical assistance and empowers local communities, hospitals, and churches to address the immediate humanitarian needs while developing long-term solutions. Our focus includes combating hunger, providing medical aid, improving access to safe water, advocating for educational equity, and responding to natural disasters.

Native American
Emergency Relief

Since 1992, We have provided critical assistance to children, elderly, disabled, and poor families on the Native American Reservations. We distribute nutritious food, clothing, firewood, backpacks, school supplies, water barrels, and other necessities to Native Americans in need.

We combat food insecurity in some of the world's poorest countries by meeting the diverse needs of impoverished and displaced children. Through our partnerships with food suppliers and corporate donors, every dollar you donate multiplies its impact ninefold.

We aim to respond immediately to victims of natural disasters and other catastrophes by providing practical help, food deliveries, and emergency aid.

For poor children in Africa and Asia, education is a major obstacle to realizing a better future. We sponsor classes in English, sewing, mechanics, and agriculture. We also feed and provide uniforms for school children to give them the best possible chance to excel in their studies. For many children, a school meal is their only meal of the day.

We ship medical supplies to rural and other underserved communities around the world. Medicines and institutional support are known to significantly improve the local healthcare systems and the overall health of the communities they serve.

We brings clean water solutions using filters made of clay to remote jungles, includes water tanks, and delivers clean drinking water to rural drought areas. The solutions we bring and leave in remote areas are simple, easy to use, and do not require an advanced degree to keep them operational
