• If your business is interested in donating commodities, please contact our office, outlining the type and condition of the goods, their labeling, packaging, shelf life, expiration date, location, any restrictions such as prohibited countries, and shipping arrangement type (palletized, etc.)
• We do not accept physician's medical samples – many countries will not allow them to be imported.

WHAT ABOUT PERSONAL DONATIONS OF GOODS?

• WER DOES NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL ITEMS FROM INDIVIDUALS.
  We do not have the resources, staff or facilities to clean, sort and store personal items such
  as used clothing.
• Many countries will not allow personal items to be imported, especially used clothing.
• Many N ative American tribes have social and religious taboos against accepting used clothing
  and goods.
• At this time, WER does not accept large equity items such as property, cars and boats.

WHAT ABOUT VOLUNTEERING?

•  At this time, we do not have a volunteer program. We are in the process of developing one.
•  Volunteers are occasionally used by our on-site partner organizations.
•  Any visit is done entirely at the volunteer's expense.
•  WER sends volunteers only after an extensive evaluation, which includes a background check, reference check, medical evaluation and interviews with our staff.
